A Review of the past 4 weeks.....

August has come and gone and now it is time to evaluate my progress. The UD2 diet is working but looking  however I will have to use detail measurements to truly evaluate if I am heading in the right direction. Looking at the stats listed below I will need to make some changes in the month of September.

I will need to increase my overall protein intake to a daily average of 140 grams and look at getting my daily carb average to less than 140 grams. I need to keep my daily average fat grams to 50 grams.

I am going to have to tighten up my weekend splurges to accomplish this and keep my daily protein at a minimum of 140 grams a day every day.

I have 15 weeks and 5 days before the competition. According to the website they changed the date to November 20, 2011. I am planning a vacation in from September 10th through the 18th. I am flying to Utah to see a friend perform in a the broadway production of A Little Mermaid and then we are driving to Vegas for 4-5 days (depending when we decide to leave Utah) in time to catch the 2011 Olympia Weekend. I am going to take a diet break during the vacation.
